About
I fell in love with design because it gives me a reason to ask questions that matter—and the tools to turn answers into something people can use. It started with a small project in college: a simple scheduling app to help my grandma plan her weekly dance gatherings. It wasn’t polished, but when she said “this makes things easier,” I realized that the best design doesn’t try to impress—it tries to understand.
That belief has shaped my work ever since. At Cornell XR Lab, I translated a 14-day diary study with blind and low vision users into design workflows that made AI support more accessible in everyday tasks. At Google DeepMind, I worked with startup founders to evaluate the People + AI Guidebook, transforming insights about trust and transparency into frameworks, patterns, and high-fidelity mockups that shaped how teams designed with AI.
What I love most is that design keeps me grounded. Behind every interface is a person trying to get through their day a little easier—and my work is about making that possible through experiences that feel both usable and meaningful.
